I deal with stress by cleaning, EVERYTHING. By organizing, making lists...I consider this a healthy way to deal with stress. Anyone else agree?

Im the mother of 5................I definately need some de-stressing tips! However I do work well under pressure and stress. I guess it's a woman thing! lol

No, you aren't the only one who has those! Those little voices can add to the stress. Cleaning does make you feel better though. Like you have accomplished something.
I hear you on the voices and the Type A personality! Its nice to know I am not alone!!! Sometimes I feel like I am crazy! lol I actually got a book (haven't read it yet) called Women Who Think Too Much! I find exercising does wonders and deep breathing! Can't wait to hear your advice!
I've made a business out of organizing and helping people destress by decreasing the clutter in their house. I love to see their stress melt away as we organize a closet or kids toys.
